Terms & Conditions
These terms set the ground rules for purchasing and using your Window Seat Diaries digital journal.
Effective September 21, 2026 · Last updated September 21, 2026
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of Window Seat Diaries™. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy & Cookies Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity under your account.
Digital purchase and no-refund policy
Access is offered as a one-time digital purchase of $37 unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout. Because the digital product is made available after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. If you were charged incorrectly or cannot access a valid purchase, contact arlieerosedigitalproducts@gmail.com so the issue can be reviewed.
License and ownership
Arliee Rose grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your own travel planning and journaling. You may not resell access, copy the service, reverse engineer it, or use its branding or materials commercially without written permission.
Window Seat Diaries, its design, written material, artwork, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owner. No ownership rights transfer to you.
Your content
You retain ownership of trip information, journal entries, and photographs you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
You confirm that you have the right to upload your content and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important content.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, harm or harass others, upload malicious code, interfere with security, gain unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or store content that infringes another person’s rights.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others, or when these Terms are materially violated.
Travel and AI disclaimer
The service is an organizational and creative tool, not a travel agency or provider of legal, medical, financial, immigration, emergency, or professional safety advice. Conditions, entry rules, prices, schedules, and risks can change without notice.
AI-generated ideas may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or outdated. Review the AI Disclosure and independently verify important information with official sources before booking or traveling.
Third-party services
Features may rely on third parties for payment, authentication, hosting, maps, currency data, or AI processing. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, policies, transactions, or actions. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent storage, or compatibility with every device. We will make reasonable efforts to protect continuity and provide notice of material changes where practical.
Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arliee Rose will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, travel losses, or reliance on generated recommendations. Total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for access during the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
Any proceeding not resolved informally will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Texas, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
Questions may be sent to Arliee Rose at arlieerosedigitalproducts@gmail.com, Texas, United States.
