Privacy & Cookies
This notice explains what Window Seat Diaries collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create or use an account, including your name, email address, trip details, itineraries, budgets, packing lists, journal entries, wish lists, map pins, preferences, and photo captions.
When you request the free Starter Kit, we store your name, email address, request time, source, and request acknowledgement separately from other brand lists. We use these details to fulfill your request and support delivery. A kit request does not enroll you in a newsletter; any future newsletter requires separate consent.
When you upload photographs, we store the images and information needed to associate them with your account and trips. We may also receive basic technical information such as device type, browser, approximate location derived from an IP address, access times, and error or security logs.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, save and display your travel journal, process account access, support purchases, answer requests, troubleshoot problems, improve performance, and meet legal obligations.
Your private journal content and photos are not sold. We do not use them for advertising profiles. Dream Search information is handled as described in our AI Disclosure.
Storage, retention, and security
Account content is generally retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for recovery, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Backup copies may persist temporarily after deletion.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and to appeal a denied request. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
Email arlieerosedigitalproducts@gmail.com to make a request. We may verify your identity before responding. You may also complain to your local privacy authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
International users
The service is operated from the United States. If you access it elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your home country.
Where required, processing relies on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing it, compliance with law, or your consent. We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers when required.
Children’s privacy
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a revised date and, when appropriate, an additional notice.
Privacy questions may be sent to Arliee Rose at arlieerosedigitalproducts@gmail.com, Texas, United States.
